DTF Artwork Files
Artwork for DTF prints can be in either vector or raster, however we only accept PDF, PNG, and JPEG files so please export accordingly.
DTF Resolution
Raster resolution should be 300 dpi, and sized accordingly to the item you are purchasing. We will not resize your artwork.
Backgrounds in DTF
All background should be transparent and we do not touch your artwork file. If there is a white background we will print it.
Soft Edges in DTF
Soft edges and semitransparent pixels will print white. Please either halftone your images in photoshop (Max Chroma Halftone rip is my favorite) Or adjust your artwork so that it does not have any transparent pixels.
DTF minimum width
Any section of the graphic that has a width less than 0.019 inches may not adhere to apparel.
DTF Spacing
You may gang as many prints as close together as you would like, however it is recommended that you leave .2″ between each print, it’s difficult to cut transfers closer than that.
DTF SEMITRANSPARENT PIXELS
Using basic background removal and low resolutions images can result in semitransparent pixels, as shown above. This can cause a white outline to be printed on the DTF transfer. Make sure that your edge does not have any semitransparent pixels.
